Flame Resistant Coveralls

EN ISO 11612 is the core European standard for clothing that protects against heat and flame. It grades a garment on limited flame spread plus optional protection against convective heat, radiant heat, molten metal splash and contact heat, so two certified coveralls can offer very different levels of cover. Check the code letters and levels against the hazards in your workplace.

Multi-norm coveralls combine EN ISO 11612 with further standards such as EN ISO 11611 for welding, EN 1149-5 for anti-static control and IEC 61482 for protection against an electric arc, which suits trades exposed to more than one risk.
