How Our Delivery Works
Portwest items that are available to order are despatched the next working day when you order before 4pm, and within 1 to 2 working days otherwise. Items from our other brands are despatched within 3 to 5 working days. Weekends and bank holidays are not working days. Availability is shown on each product page by the sizes you can select, and your order is sent by tracked courier.
Delivery Timescales
Available Items
Portwest: despatched the next working day if ordered before 4pm, otherwise within 1–2 working days. Other brands: despatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery by tracked courier typically takes 3–5 working days from your order. If your basket mixes brands, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Pre-Order / Out of Stock Items
Where a product shows a "Next Delivery" date, this is the expected date the item will be replenished at our supplier. Delivery to you typically follows within 3–5 working days of that date.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man, please contact us as additional charges may apply. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
