How Our Delivery Works
OnlinePPE aims to dispatch stock orders within 2 to 5 working days. Stock-on-hand is sourced direct from Portwest's UK distribution centre, so we don't hold a large warehouse of our own — this keeps overheads low and prices honest. The vast majority of products on the site show live stock and ship next-day from order confirmation.
Delivery Timescales
In-Stock Items
Items showing as "In Stock" are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days via tracked courier.
Pre-Order / Out of Stock Items
Where a product shows a "Next Delivery" date, this is the expected date the item will be replenished at our supplier. Delivery to you typically follows within 3–5 working days of that date.
Need it faster?
For urgent or large orders, get in touch on our contact page and we will do our best to expedite. Bulk and trade orders typically ship within 24 hours when stock is available.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man, please contact us as additional charges may apply. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
