1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the OnlinePPE website (onlineppe.co.uk) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. OnlinePPE is a trading name of Abacus Repro Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04971774, with its registered office at Unit 27 Rockhaven Business Centre, Longhedge, Salisbury, SP4 6RT.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices shown on the website are in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate (where we are VAT registered). We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Product images are for illustration purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery

Please refer to our Delivery Informationpage for full details on delivery timescales and costs. Stock orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 working days and arrive in 3–5 working days.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods, which are not affected by these terms.

6. Product Safety and Compliance

All PPE sold on this website is CE/UKCA marked and certified to its relevant EN standard — for example EN 388 for hand protection, EN ISO 20471 for hi-vis, EN 397 for industrial helmets, EN 166 for eye protection, EN 352 for hearing protection. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product selected is appropriate for their intended use and workplace risk assessment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Abacus Repro Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Abacus Repro Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Product images remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used with permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
