Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. Prices are shown including VAT at 20%, and you can switch the display to ex-VAT if you buy for a business. VAT is charged at 20% on everything we sell, and your order confirmation shows our VAT number (GB541709548).

How do I know which standard a product meets?

Each product page states the standards that product is tested to. Our Safety Standards page explains what the common ones cover, such as EN 388 for gloves and ISO 20471 for high-visibility clothing. If you are unsure which level your task needs, check your risk assessment or ask us.

How do I book Click & Collect?

There is no need to book. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before you travel. The collection address is Unit 27 Rockhaven Business Centre, Longhedge, Salisbury, SP4 6RT. Details are on our Delivery page.

Do you take trade and bulk orders?

Yes. For larger or regular orders for your team, email hello@onlineppe.co.uk or call 01722 672126 with the styles and sizes and we will come back to you with a quote.

I am between two sizes. Which should I choose?

For garments worn over other clothing, such as hi-vis jackets and coveralls, size up so you can layer underneath and move freely. For gloves, a snug fit gives better dexterity. Our Size Guide shows how to measure.
